Welcome to Sinks & Things – acquired by Franke in January 2020, we have been one of their original distributors since the 1970’s, when the Swiss-based brand of sinks was first introduced into the UK market and have grown to be a major distribution partner.

Franke’s investment and support has enabled Sinks & Things to move forward with enhanced customer service, delivery and operations whilst continuing to build on the heritage of our distribution partnership that has successfully spanned almost 40 years.

Our product portfolio has been re-shaped to focus on offering the full Franke and Carron Phoenix product ranges, including appliances and decorative hoods, plus McAlpine plumbing kits.

ERP SYSTEM UPGRADE

We are excited to announce that on Monday 19^th August 2024, Franke Group will upgrade its current business software system (ERP system) to SAP S/4Hana.

The conversion will provide Franke Group with a solid solution that will ensure we are able to continue to provide and improve the service you expect and deserve from Franke Group.

We have grown significantly since our previous software system was implemented, and conversion to S/4Hana will drive more standardization, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

We have taken extensive steps to ensure that this ERP transition is a success.  This includes, but is not limited to, dedicating a team of internal and external experts to this project for more than one year; extensively training all Franke employees in the new system and ensuring everyone works together for a smooth transition; and thoroughly testing the system prior to launch to ensure business continuity.  While any major software transition carries its challenges, we have invested significant time and effort to ensure that you experience little to no disruption in our ability to service your business.

In order to prevent any potential delay in servicing you, we encourage, if and when it is relevant for your business, to place orders in advance.

During the conversion period, Franke UK will dispatch deliveries on the Thursday 15^th August then shipping will resume again on Tuesday 20^th August.
